“Mer” is a three bedroom, two bathroom gite with an open-plan living/kitchen area (in total 84m2 [904 sq ft] – sleeps 6). The main bedroom has a spacious, ensuite shower room with double-basin vanity unit, as does the second bathroom which is shared by the two slightly smaller bedrooms. All bedrooms have 160cm wide double beds. The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a three seater and a two seater sofa grouped around the flat-screen television (UK freeview), DVD and CD/MP3 player. The gite has electric heating (comprised in the weekly rental rate). It has its own terrace facing onto the formal gardens and the main house, and is equipped with a gas barbecue and table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Free wi-fi is available in the gite.
All bedlinen, bath towels and poolside towels are included, and are changed weekly. There is a hairdryer in the gite. There is a separate laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers (see “Facilities”). The gite is cleaned once a week on Saturdays, and the cost is included in the weekly rental rate.
